El pasado mes de abril, Pedro Ballesteros realiz\u00f3 una cata a ciegas de vinos blancos de Rioja<\/a>. Seg\u00fan el Master of Wine, “Rioja es probablemente la regi\u00f3n cl\u00e1sica menos conocida del mundo para los vinos blancos<\/em>“, pero no por ello menos interesante, ya que, como bien destaca, “en el mundo estandarizado de hoy, la singularidad es una joya<\/em>“.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No nos puede hacer m\u00e1s ilusi\u00f3n este reconocimiento a un vino que es pura emoci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de un gran ejemplo de la maestr\u00eda y filosof\u00eda vitivin\u00edcola de Carlos San Pedro<\/a>. Respeto m\u00e1ximo al origen, la variedad y la a\u00f1ada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
